Eligibility for Refund
- Refunds are eligible for medicines and healthcare products purchased from Jiwancare Pharmacy if:
- You received a damaged or defective product
- You received an incorrect item
- Your order could not be fulfilled and is cancelled by Jiwancare
- Note: Opened or used products, or items without original packaging/invoice, are not eligible for refund.
- Prescription-based products can only be refunded if delivered incorrectly or found defective.
Refund Process
- Contact our customer support within 48 hours of receiving the product via email or phone with your order details.
- Share clear photos/videos of the product and the packaging for verification purposes.
- Once verified, our team will initiate a pickup or request the product to be sent to our address.
- After inspection and approval, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of confirmation. The timeline may vary depending on your payment method or bank policies.
Exclusions
- Products purchased under special discounts or flash sales may not be eligible for refunds unless found defective or incorrect.
- Prescription medicines returned for reasons unrelated to defects, damage, or delivery mistakes are not eligible.
