At Jiwancare Pharmacy, we aim to provide the best possible experience with every purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we’re here to assist you with returns under certain conditions.
Eligibility for Return
- Returns are accepted for medicines and healthcare products purchased from Jiwancare Pharmacy if:
- You received a damaged or defective product
- You received an incorrect item
- Your order could not be fulfilled and is cancelled by Jiwancare
- Note: Opened, used products, or items without original packaging/invoice are not eligible for return.
- Prescription medicines can only be returned if delivered incorrectly or are found defective.
Return Process
- Contact our customer support within 48 hours of receiving the product via email or phone with your order details.
- Share clear photos/videos of the product and packaging for verification purposes.
- Once verified, our team will initiate a pickup or request the product to be sent to our address.
- After inspection and approval, the return/replacement will be processed as per your preference.
Return Timeline
Approved returns will be processed within 7–10 business days of confirmation. Processing time may vary based on logistics and your payment provider.
Exclusions
- Products bought under special discounts, combo offers, or flash sales may not be returnable unless found defective or incorrect.
- Prescription medicines returned for reasons other than defect, damage, or delivery error are not accepted.
